Our fully integrated on and off-ice program is designed to help you unlock your full potential and achieve maximum results in-season.

Personalized Strength and Conditioning

Our professional strength coaches led by Josh Fontana (Pure Strength Academy) conduct weekly assessments to tailor personalized strength and conditioning programs based on your individual needs. We focus on improving strength, body composition, mobility, and addressing past or current injuries to enhance your performance on the ice.

Our elite coaching staff focuses on refining individual skills such as technical skating, shooting, positional play, puck control, IQ, and awareness. Choose two sessions per week from our daily skates (Monday to Thursday starting July 1) to address your specific needs and schedule. Plus, enjoy a weekly Friday scrimmage to apply your skills in a game-like setting.
